分期康复护理干预对脑梗死患者病情康复及生活质量的影响

Effect of staged rehabilitation nursing on the recovery and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨分期康复护理干预对脑梗死患者病情康复及生活质量的影响。方法对我院116例脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将所有患者根据护理方法分为对照组和研究组,每组58例。对照组患者实施常规的基础护理,研究组在其基础上实施分期康复护理干预,对比两组患者干预前、后病情康复情况及生活质量变化。结果干预3个月后,两组的NIHSS评分、HAMD评分、日常活动能力和自我护理能力评分均明显改善,且研究组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者的生活质量评分显著优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分期康复护理能有效改善脑梗死患者的神经功能及抑郁情绪,提高日常活动能力、自我护理能力及生活质量,促进患者康复,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To explore the effect of staged rehabilitation nursing on the recovery and quality of life for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 116 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Patients were divided into control group and research group according to the nursing method, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, and the research group was treated with staged rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the conventional nursing. The rehabilitation condition and quality of life before and after intervention of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing for 3 months, the NIHSS score, HAMD score, daily living activity and self-care ability score of the two groups improved, and the degree of improvement in the research group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. After nursing, the daily living activity score and nursing satisfaction in the research group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Staged rehabilitation nursing can improve the neurological function, the prevalence of depression, the ability of daily living, self-care ability and quality of life on patients with cerebral infarction, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
