优质护理对50例高血压合并糖尿病患者预后的效果分析

Effect analysis of high quality nursing in 50 cases of hypertension patients with diabetes mellitus

目的研究优质护理对50例高血压合并糖尿病患者预后的临床效果。方法选择2015年6月至2016年6月在我院进行诊治的高血压合并糖尿病患者100例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用优质护理干预,比较两组患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。结果观察组的总有效率为92.00%(46/50),明显高于对照组的76.00%(38/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为94.00%(37/50),明显高于对照组的78.00%(39/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预可以有效提高高血压合并糖尿病患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing in 50 cases of hypertension patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred cases of hypertension patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected, which were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received the high quality nursing. The treatment effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00% （46/50）, which was significantly higher than 76.00% （38/50） of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.00% （37/50）, which was significantly higher than 78.00% （39/50） of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can effectively improve the patients with hypertension and diabetes treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
