宫血宁胶囊联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的临床研究

The clinical study of effect of Gongxuening capsule combined with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets on anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding treatment

目的探究宫血宁胶囊与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片联合治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法将我院收治的100例无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者随机平分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者给予宫血宁胶囊治疗,治疗组患者给予宫血宁胶囊与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片的联合治疗,治疗前后检测2组患者临床效果、临床症状变化、凝血功能以及性激素变化,并分析相关机制。结果联合治疗后治疗组患者痊愈率、好转率和总有效率明显高于治疗后对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者血红蛋白、月经周期、黄体生成素(LH)、部分活化凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)水平显著升高,月经天数、血清孕酮(P)和雌二醇(E2)水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),促卵泡激素(FSH)变化不明显(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者血红蛋白、月经周期、LH、APTT、PT水平显著高于治疗后对照组,月经天数、P和E2水平显著低于治疗后对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FSH变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论宫血宁胶囊与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片的联合治疗提高了无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者的治疗效率,同时改善了患者临床症状,患者具有高凝血能力,同时性激素水平恢复正常。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Gongxuening capsule combined with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets on anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding and to offer reference for anovulatory dys- functional uterine bleeding treatment. Methods A total of 100 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with Gongxuening capsule and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Gongxuen- ing capsule combined with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets. Before and after therapy, clinical effects, chan- ges in clinical symptoms, coagulation and level of sex hormone were compared. The related mechanism was ana- lyzed. Results After combined treatment, the cure rate, improvement rate and total effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P d0. 05）. After treatment, hemoglobin, men- strual cycle, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）, prothrombin time （PT）, and luteinizing hormone （LH） of treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment. And menstrual days, serum pro- gesterone （P）, and estradiol （E2） of treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment （ P 〈0.05）. Follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） did not changed significantly （ P 〉0.05）. After treatment, hemoglo- bin, menstrual cycle, APTT, PT, and LH of therapy group were significantly higher than those of control group. Menstrual days, P, and E2 of treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. FSH did not change significantly （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Gongxuening capsule combined with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets can improve treatment efficiency, decrease symptom resolution. Coagula- tion ability is improved and sex hormone level returns to normal in patients.
