摘要随着腹腔镜微创技术在胃肠外科的不断发展与创新,腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术（laparoscopic right colectomy）已逐步成为右半结肠癌的主流手术方式[2],其具有比传统手术更多的优势。现就腹腔镜下右半结肠癌根治术两种入路手术方式的临床效果对比分析报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料：选取2011年1月至2012年1月我院收治的右半结肠癌患者86例,
