目的 探究C反应蛋白与血常规测定在临床中的应用价值.方法 选取我院2016年1月20日至2017年1月22日的120例住院感染患者作为研究对象,并根据其感染的类型进行分组,A组为细菌感染,B组为病毒感染,两组患者均接受血常规、C反应蛋白测定,比较和分析120例感染患者的检测结果.结果 120例感染患者接受血常规联合C反应蛋白检测,其检测的阳性率（96.67%）明显高于C反应蛋白检测的阳性率（82.50%）和血常规检测的阳性率（60.83%）（P＜0.05）;同时120例感染患者的C反应蛋白检测的阳性率明显高于血常规检测的阳性率（P＜0.05）;A组细菌感染患者的C反应蛋白水平明显高于B组病毒感染的患者（P＜0.05）.结论 感染患者接受C反应蛋白与血常规联合检测,可有效提高检测阳性率,有助于对患者的感染类型进行鉴别,从而为临床针对性的治疗提供参考依据.

Objective To explore the clinical application value of c-reactive protein and blood routine examination. Meth- ods A total of 120 cases of in-patients with infection in our hospital from January 20, 2016 to January 22, 2017 were select- ed as the research objects, according to the type of infection, all patients were divided into group A for patients with bacterial infections and group B for patients with virus infection. All patients in the two groups underwent c-reactive protein and blood routine examination. The detection results of 120 patients were compared and analyzed. Results The detection positive rate of c-reactive protein combined with blood routine examination （96.67%） was significantly higher than that of c-reactive protein detection （82.50%） and blood routine examination （60.83%） in 120 cases of patients（P〈0.05）; at the same time, the positive rate of c-reactive protein test was significantly higher than that of blood routine examination in 120 cases of patients （P〈 0.05）. The level of c-reactive protein in group A was significantly higher than that of the group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion C- reactive protein combined with blood routine examination can effectively increase the detect positive rate of infection pa- tients, and be benefit to identify the patient＇s infection type, which could provide reference for clinical therapy.
