植酸酮妇科清洗装置Ⅱ型治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的有效性与安全性

摘要 目的 对植酸酮妇科清洗装置Ⅱ型治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的有效性与安全性进行探讨.方法 以我科2014年3月至2016年12月接收的100例宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将其分为试验组(50例)与对照组(50例).试验组患者给予植酸酮妇科清洗装置Ⅱ型进行治疗,对照组患者给予重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶进行治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果与不良反应情况进行比较.结果 试验组患者的临床治疗有效率为88.0%,明显高于对照组的68.0%(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组患者不良反应发生率比较(0.0%vs 2.0%),差异不显著(P>0.05).结论 在宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染治疗中,采用植酸酮妇科清洗装置Ⅱ型,不仅具有显著的临床有效性,而且不良反应少,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用. Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of phytate ketone gynecological cleaning device IT in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus infection. Methods One hundred cases of patients with cervical human papilloma virus infection in our department from March 2014 to December 2016 were divided into experimental group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to different treatment methods. The patients in the experimental group were treated with phytate ketone gynecological cleaning device type II. The patients in the control group were treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel, and the clinical treatment effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical treatment effective rate of experimental group was 88.0%, which was significantly higher than 68.0% of the control group (P〈0.05). During the treatment period, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (0.0% vs 2.0%) (P〉0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus infection, phytate ketone gynecological cleaning device Ⅱ type not only has significant clinical efficacy, but also has less adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.
