本体感觉训练在膝关节周围骨折术后所致关节僵硬患者康复治疗中的效果观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨本体感觉训练在膝关节周围骨折术后所致关节僵硬患者康复治疗中的临床效果.方法 选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的84例膝关节周围骨折术后所致关节僵硬患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例.对照组患者给予常规康复治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施本体感觉训练治疗,比较两组患者治疗前与治疗8周后患膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分等.结果 两组患者经过8周的治疗,患关节各项指标均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 本体感觉训练在膝关节周围骨折术后所致关节僵硬患者康复治疗中的作用显著,可有效提升患者患膝主动关节活动范围、运动控制能力、关节稳定性、患膝关节功能及平衡功能,具有临床应用价值. Objective To explore the clinical effect of proprioception training on rehabilitation of patients with joint stiff- ness after knee joint fracture. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 84 cases of patients with joint stiffness after knee joint fracture in our hospital were selected as research objects, all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The patients in control group received routine rehabilitation treatment, and the patients in observation group were given proprioception training on the basis of control group, the knee joint activi- ties and knee joint function score of two groups before and 8 weeks after treatment were compared. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the joint indexes of two groups were significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistical- ly significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The proprioception training has remarkable effect on the rehabilitation of patients with joint stiffness after knee joint fracture, it can effectively improve the knee joint activities, active motion control ability, stabil- ity of joint, knee joint function and balance function, which has clinical application value.
