曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果观察

Effect observation of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure

目的 探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 选择我院收治的冠心病心力衰竭患者90例,随机分成两组,其中对照组（n=45）采用常规心内科疗法,观察组（n=45）在对照组的基础上加用曲美他嗪,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%（P＜0.05）;治疗前,两组患者LVEDd、LVEF、6 min步行距离及脑钠肽（BNP）水平无明显差异（P＞0.05）,治疗后,两组患者上述指标均优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者临床效果较好,可明显改善患者心功能,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure. Methods Ninety cases of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （n=45） received conventional cardiology treatment; and the observation group （n=45） was given trimetazidine on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effec- tive rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there were no significant differences in LVEDd, LVEF, 6 min walking distance and levels of BNP between the two groups （P〉0.05）; after treatment, the levels of the above indexes of the two groups were significantly better than those be- fore treatment （P〈0.05）, and which of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine has good effect in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure, it can im- prove the cardiac function, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
