胃溃疡切除修补术联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡穿孔的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of gastric ulcer resection and repair surgery combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer perforation

目的 观察胃溃疡切除修补术与奥美拉唑联合治疗胃溃疡穿孔的疗效.方法 选取本院2014年12月至2016年10月收治的胃溃疡穿孔患者60例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各30例.两组患者均实施胃溃疡切除修补术并给予庆大霉素治疗,观察组在此基础上加用奥美拉唑治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床疗效及复发情况.结果 治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率（100.00%）高于对照组（80.00%）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组幽门螺杆菌阴性率（100.00%）高于对照组（80.00%）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组复发率（3.33%）低于对照组（26.67%）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 胃溃疡穿孔患者采用胃溃疡切除修补术与奥美拉唑联合治疗,临床效果显著,复发率低,值得临床推广.

Objective To observe the curative effect of gastric ulcer resection and repair surgery combined with omepra- zole in the treatment of gastric ulcer perforation. Methods From December 2014 to October 2016, 60 cases of patients with gastric ulcer perforation in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. Both of two groups were treated with gastric ulcer resection and repair surgery, and the observation group was given omeprazole on the basis of surgery. The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the Helicobacter py- lori negative rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the recurrence rate of observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 26.67% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gastric ulcer resection and repair surgery combined with omeprazole has remarkable effect and low recurrence rate in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer per- foration, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
