基于人文关怀为框架的优质护理对艾滋病患者治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响

Effects of quality nursing based on humanistic care on the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of AIDS Patients

目的 探究基于人文关怀为框架的优质护理对艾滋病患者治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响.方法 选择2014年2月至2017年2月我院收治的74例艾滋病患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各37例.对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予基于人文关怀为框架的优质护理,比较两组患者护理后治疗依从性、护理满意度及护理前后生活质量评分（SF-36）.结果 护理后,观察组的治疗依从性为94.59%（35/37）,高于对照组的72.97%（27/37）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组护理满意度为91.89%（34/37）,高于对照组的67.57%（25/37）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;护理后,两组SF-36评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 基于人文关怀为框架的优质护理对艾滋病患者的护理效果显著,有助于提升其治疗依从性、护理满意度及生活质量.

Objective To explore the effects of quality nursing based on humanistic care on the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of AIDS patients. Methods From February 2014 to February 2017, 74 cases of AIDS patients in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given quality nursing based on humanistic care on the basis of the control group, the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared after nursing. Results After nursing, the treatment compliance of the observation group was 94.59% （35/37）, which was significantly higher than 72.97% （27/37） of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 91.89% （34/37）, which was higher than 67.57% （25/37） of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; after nursing, the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of quality nursing based on humanistic care for AIDS patients is remarkable, which can help to improve the patient＇s treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
