人性化护理在妇产科护理中的应用探究

Application value of humanized nursing in gynecology and obstetrics

目的 探究妇产科护理工作中应用人性化护理的效果,以便为临床护理工作提供指导.方法 选取2016年2月至2017年2月我院妇产科患者76例,按照护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组38例,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在此基础上采用人性化护理,观察两组的护理效果.结果 护理前,两组患者的焦虑评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）.护理后,两组患者的焦虑评分均较护理前明显降低,且观察组患者护理后的焦虑评分显著低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.护理后,观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 妇产科护理工作中应用人性化护理的效果显著,能够明显提升患者对于护理工作的满意程度,降低患者焦虑情绪,值得临床推广实践.

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing in obstetrics and gynecology in order to provide guid- ance for clinical nursing work. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 76 cases of obstetrics and gynecology pa- tients in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing methods, 38 cases in each group, the control group were given conventional nursing methods, while the observation group were given hu- manized nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the anxiety scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion the application effect of human care in obstetrics and gynecology nursing work is remarakble, which can significantly improve the patient＇s satisfaction with the nursing work, reduce patient anxiety, it is worthy of clinical practice.
