分析手术室细节护理对老年患者腹腔镜手术的应用效果

Effect analysis of detail nursing in operation room on the elderly patients with laparoscopic surgery

目的 讨论手术室细节护理对老年患者腹腔镜手术的应用效果.方法 选择我院在2014―2016年收治的80例老年患者腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组患者使用常规手术护理,观察组患者使用常规手术护理加细节护理.比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况以及对手术室护理的满意度.结果 观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁程度明显低于对照组,两组之间存在显著差异（P＜0.05）;观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 手术室细节护理能够有效缓解老年患者腹腔镜手术的焦虑以及抑郁情绪,提高手术室护理满意度,值得在手术室护理中推广使用.

Objective To discuss the application effect of detail nursing in operation room on the elderly patients with la- paroscopic surgery. Methods From 2014 to 2016, 80 cases of elderly patients underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were seleaed as the objects of study, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group, the control group was treated with routine nursing, the observation group was treated with conventional nursing plus nursing details. The anxiety, depression and the satisfaction degree of nursing in operation room of two groups were com- pared. Results Anxiety and depression of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）; and nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detail nursing in operation room can ef- fectively relieve the anxiety and depression of the elderly patients with laparoscopic surgery, and improve the nursing satisfac- tion of operation room.
