摘要
目的 研究观察冠心病合并心绞痛患者采用益气通脉汤联合西药治疗的临床效果.方法 选取2015年12月至2016年12月我院收治的98例冠心病合并心绞痛患者,按随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组.联合组给予益气通脉汤＋西药治疗,对照组给予单纯西药治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 经过两个疗程的治疗后,联合组治疗总有效率为89.80%,明显高于对照组的73.47%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;联合组患者血液流变学改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;联合组患者治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 冠心病合并心绞痛患者采用益气通脉汤联合西药治疗,能更好地改善患者心肌供血功能及缓解心绞痛症状,还可使患者生活质量得到提高,临床治疗效果显著优于单纯的西药治疗.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongrnai decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods From December 2015 to December 2016, 98 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our hospital were randomly divided into combined group and control group. The combined group was treated with Yiqi Tongmai decoction plus western medicine. The control group was treated with western medicine, the clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the combined group was 89.80%, higher than 73.47% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the hemorheology improvement of the combined group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the life quality scores after treatment of the combined group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Tongmai de- coction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina peetoris can bet- ter improve the function by supplying blood by myocardial and alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris, it also can improve the quality of life of the patients, so the clinical curative effeet of Yiqi Tongrnai decoction combined with western medicine treatment is significantly better than the pure western medicine treatment.
