Objective To analyze the results of urine pathogenic microorganisms and drug susceptibility test in patients with ureteral calculi complicated with urinary tract infection, to provide reference for the rational use of antibiotics in postop- erative urinary tract infection in patients with ureteral calculi. Methods From October 2012 to November 2015, the clinical data of 310 patients with ureteral calculi complicated with urinary tract infection in our hospital were collected, and the dis- tribution of bacteria in the urine and its drug resistance were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 310 cases of patients with ureteral calculi complicated with urinary tract infection were detected a total of 320 strains. There were 44 strains of Gram- positive bacteria (13.75%), 272 strains of Gram-negative bacteria (85.00%) and 4 strains of fungi (1.25%); Gram-positive bacteria were more resistant to erythromycin, tetracycline and other antibiotics, Gram-negative bacteria were more resistant to ampicillin, cefazolin, nitrofurantoin, ceftazidime and other antibiotic resistance. Conclusion The urethral microbes distri- bution shows that Escherichia coli infection is the main pathogenic microorganism caused urinary tract infection in patients with ureteral calculi, and drug susceptibility test results show that Gram-positive bacteria were more resistant to ery- thromycin, tetracycline and other antibiotics, Gram-negative bacteria were more resistant to ampicillin, cefazolin, nitrofuran- toin, ceftazidime and other antibiotic resistance.
