高频彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿瘤疾病的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in breast cancer

目的 探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿瘤疾病的诊断价值.方法 选取2014年4月至2015年9月我院收治的86例乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象.患者均采用高频彩色多普勒超声检查,并进行手术病理诊断,观察高频彩色多普勒超声的影像学表现和诊断的准确性.结果 86例患者均经手术病理证实,采用高频彩色多普勒超声检查后,漏诊4例,误诊3例（将良性肿块诊断成恶性肿瘤）;79例患者准确诊断,诊断出乳腺良性肿块54例,恶性肿瘤25例,诊断准确度为91.86%（79/86）;49例病灶的直接征象显示清晰,37例显示不清晰.结论 结合乳腺肿瘤患者的临床特点,同时采用高频彩色多普勒超声进行检测,诊断准确度高,可为临床治疗提供准确的数据.

Objective To explore the clinical value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast neoplasms. Methods From April 2014 to September 2015, 86 cases of patients with breast neoplasms were selected as research subjects. All the patients were examined by high-frequency color Doppler uhrasonography, and the pathological di- agnosis was performed, the imaging performance and the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography were observed. Results The 86 patients were confirmed by surgical pathology, after examination of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound, there were 4 cases missed and 3 cases misdiagnosis （the benign tumors were diagnosed as malignant neoplasms）; there were 79 pa- tients diagnosed accurately by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography, with 54 cases of benign breast mass and 25 cases of malignant tumor, the accuracy rate was 91.86% （79/86）; the direct signs of the lesions in 49 cases were clear, and 37 cases were not clear. Conclusion Combined with the clinical features of patients with breast tumor, the high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound detection has high diagnosis value, which can provide accurate data for clinical treatment.
