MRI与CT在诊断腰椎间盘突出中的应用价值比较

Comparison of the value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation

目的 探讨MRI与CT在诊断腰椎间盘突出症中的应用价值.方法 选择我院2015年11月至2016年11月收治的80例腰椎间盘突出患者作为研究对象,患者均接受MRI和CT检查,比较两种方法的诊断结果.结果 MRI对腰椎间盘突出症的检出率显著高于CT（P＜0.05）;MRI对脊髓变性、椎间盘变性及硬膜囊受压的检出率高于CT（P＜0.05）;CT对椎间盘积气和钙化的检出率高于MRI（P＜0.05）.结论 在腰椎间盘突出症的临床诊断中MRI的检出率更高,但在实际应用时需根据患者个人情况进行选择.

Objective To explore the value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as research objects. All patients underwent MRI and CT examinations, and compared the diagnostic results of two methods. Results The detection rate of MRI in diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation was significantly higher than that of CT （P〈0.05）; the detection rate of MRI in diagnosis of spinal cord degeneration, intervertebral disc degeneration and dural sac compression were higher than those of CT （P〈0.05）; the detection rate of CT in diagnosis of intervertebral disc pneumatosis and calcification were higher than those of MRI （P〈0.05）. Conclusion MRI has higher detection rate in the clinical diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation, but it should be selected according to the patient＇s individual situation.
