MRI检查在中枢神经感染患者中的诊断价值研究

摘要 目的 探讨核磁共振(MRI)检查在中枢神经感染患者中的诊断价值.方法 选取2015年9月至2016年11月在我院进行治疗的中枢神经感染患者41例为观察组,并选取同期进行健康检查的人员41例为对照组.两组研究对象均进行CT和MRI检查.对两组的临床诊断结果进行比较,并分析观察组不同类型感染的CT和MRI检测异常率.结果 与对照组比较,观察组MRI和CT检查异常率均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与CT检查结果比较,MRI检出观察组中新型隐球酵母菌脑膜炎、结核性脑膜炎、病毒性脑炎、化脓性脑膜炎及脑囊虫异常率明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 MRI检查可有效提高早期中枢神经感染诊断的准确率,具有临床推广价值. Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in patients with central nervous system infection. Methods From September 2015 to November 2016, 41 cases of patients with central nervous sys- tem infection treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and people who had health examination at the same period were selected as the control group. All research objects of two group had CT and MRI examination. The clinical diagnosis results were compared between the two groups, and the abnormal rate of CT and MRI in different types of infection of the observation group were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the abnormal rates of MRI and CT of the observation group were significantly increased, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05); compared with the re- sults of CT examination in the observation group, abnormal rates of MRI in the detection of cryptococcus neoformans menin- gitis, tuberculous meningitis, viral encephalitis, meningitis and cerebral cysticercosis were higher, the differences were statis- tically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion MRI can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of central nervous system infection.
