多层螺旋CT联合X线检查对肺结核诊断准确率的影响

The effect of multi slice spiral CT combined with X-ray examination on the accuracy of diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis

目的 分析多层螺旋CT联合X线检查对肺结核（PTB）诊断准确率的影响.方法 选取2015年3月至2017年2月方城县人民医院病理检查确诊的PTB患者78例.患者均行多层螺旋CT、X线检查.比较单一检测与联合检测准确率.结果 X线＋多层螺旋CT联合诊断准确率明显高于单用多层螺旋CT和X线诊断,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;X线＋多层螺旋CT联合检查的病灶检出率显高于X线和多层螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 多层螺旋CT联合X线检查可提高肺结核诊断准确率.

Objective To analyze the effect of multi slice spiral CT combined X-ray examination on the accuracy of diag- nosis of pulmonary tuberculosis （PTB）. Methods From March 2015 to February 2017, 78 cases of patients with PTB diag- nosed in our hospital were selected. All patients were examined by multi slice spiral CT and X-ray. The detection accuracy of single detection and combined detection was compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of combined detection was significantly higher than single detection, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the combined detection rate of X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than single detection, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT combined with X-ray examination can improve the diagnostic accuracy of pulmonary tuberculosis.
