摘要
BIM通过数字仿真信息技术来模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息,可以用于建设工程设计、建造、和运维管理。从实现BIM价值的三大基本支撑IFC/IMD/IFD的角度,分析当前主流的暖通设计软件在我国的应用现状和发展趋势。高集成化且包含标准化三维族库的BIM设计软件将真正使建筑工程建设实现可视化、可协调、可模拟、可优化,提高工程建设效率。
BIM technology with digital information through the simulation of the building, can be used for the design, construction, operation and maintenance management. This article is aimed to analyse the current mainstream HVAC design software in the application status and development trend in China, from the point of view about the three basic support IFC, IMD, IFD to realize the value of BIM. BIM design software, with high integration and standard 3D family library, will really make the construction visualized, coordinated, simulatable, optimizable, improving construction efficiency.
