从五脏角度论述耳鸣的病因病机

Explore the Etiology and Pathogenesis from the Five Internal Organs of Tinnitus

耳鸣为临床上一种常见的疾病,不同医家对耳鸣的病因病机有着不同的观点,然则耳鸣与五脏亦密切相关,本文试从五脏的角度论述了耳鸣的病因病机。肾精亏虚、肾阳不足、心肾不交均可引起耳鸣;脾气虚、脾虚湿滞亦可引起耳鸣;肝气郁滞、肝火上炎、肝胆湿热、肝血虚、肝肾阴虚亦可以起耳鸣;心气虚、心血虚、心火上炎亦可引起耳鸣;肺气虚、肺气郁闭亦可引起耳鸣。

Tinnitus as a common clinical disease, traditional Chinese medicine doctors have different points of view on etiology and pathogenesis of tinnitus, but tinnitus is closely related to the five internal or- gans. The Kidney-essence deficiency, Kidney-yang deficiency and Heart-Kidney imbalance can cause tinnitus; the Spleen-qi deficiency and moisture trapped spleen can cause tinnitus; the Liver-qi stasis, Liver-fire flaming, Liver and Gallbladder dampness-heat, Liver blood deficiency and Liver-Kidney-yin deficiency can cause tinni- tus; the Heart-qi deficiency, Heart-blood deficiency and Heart-fire flaming can cause tinnitus; the Lung-qi de- ficiency and Lung-qi closure can cause tinnitus. This paper tries to discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of tinnitus form the Five Internal Organs.
