摘要
通过总结历代有关酒精性脂肪肝的中医文献,提出酒精性肝病防治策略:即戒酒以杜绝病因,调肝脾治已病,"知犯何逆,随证治之"治变证。并对东垣葛花解酲汤的组方进行阐释,为该方的进一步研究及临床推广提供借鉴。
Through summarizing the TCM literature history of alcoholic fatty liver, propose the prevention and control strategies of alcoholic liver disease, namely＂ stop drinking to prevent the cause of disease＂, ＂recu- perate liver and spleen to cure Existing symptom disease＂, and ＂according to the existing evidence, the wrong treatment he used betore, and the patient＇s specific circumstances, to take a targeted treatment＂. Then illustrate Gehua Jiecheng Tang, provide the reference for the further research and clinical promotion.
