摘要
在 Ni Cr Si B自熔合金粉末中添加 WC颗粒 ,利用氧乙炔焰粉末喷焊工艺制备覆层。用超声波振动气蚀仪研究覆层的耐气蚀性能 ,用扫描电镜观察覆层表面气蚀破坏形貌。结果表明 :复合覆层的耐气蚀能力比基体材料强。
The coatings were made by flame spray welding with self fluxing alloy powder which NiCrSiB and WC particle was added in NiCrSiB.The coatings cavitation erosion was investigated by ultrasonic vibration cavitation instrument.The coatings cavitation erosion morphology was observed by SEM.Results show that the cavitation erosion resistance of WC/NiCrSiB composite coatings is better than NiCrSiB.Cavitation erosion mechanism of the test coatings was also discussed.
