It is necessary to establish a sound working mechanism for cultivating and practicing the socialist core values among the college students in order to provide the system guarantee; to enrich the education contents and expand the propaganda forms in order to lay a solid foundation for cultivating and practicing the socialist core values; to innovate the contents and forms of education practice in order to provide externalized approaches for cultivating and practicing the socialist core values; and the level of management and service has been improving constantly to the four aspects throughout the whole process of cultivation and practice the socialist core values. The actual effect on the practice of the socialist core values is effectively improved.
