摘要 "阶段化混合式教学"是职业生涯规划与就业指导课程的一种新的教学模式。它依据大学生不同阶段的心理与需求特征,将课程教学分为生涯唤醒、自我探索、职业探索与决策、求职行动四大阶段,并予以不同的混合教学模式,实现教学资源、平台的集成化,学生学习的自主化,师生关系的互助与协助化。 "Staged blended teaching"is a new teaching mode for Career Planning and Employment Guidance. It is divided into four stages: career arousal,self-exploration,career exploration and decision-making and job-seeking action according to the different stages of college students' psychological and demand characteristics. Different blended teaching modes are implemented to realize the integration of teaching resources and platform,autonomy of learning,mutual aid and facilitation of teacher-student relationship.
