摘要
目的:探究高血压晨峰(morning blood pressure surge,MBPS)与早期肾脏功能损害的相关性。方法:对入选的252例高血压患者,进行24h动态血压监测(ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,ABPM),根据监测结果,将患者分为MBPS组(A组)121例与非MBPS组(B组)131例,对比两组24小时动态血压结果并分别测定其尿微量白蛋白(m Alb)、尿ɑ1微球蛋白(ɑ1-MG)及血半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cy S-C)。结果:MBPS组患者24小时平均收缩压、24小时平均舒张压、白天平均收缩压、白天平均舒张压、夜间平均收缩压、夜间平均舒张压均明显高于非MBPS组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MBPS组与非MBPS组相比尿m Alb、ɑ1-MG、Cy S-C均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MBPS现象更易出现早期肾脏功能的损害。
Objective: To research morning blood pressure surge( MBPS) on the effect of early stage renal function damage. Methods: Select our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 for 252 cases of patients with high blood pressure,by 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,ABPM) this group of patients can be divided into 121 MBPS group,131 cases of patients with non-MBPS group,compared two groups of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure and renal function index. R esults: MBPS group of 24 h mean systolic blood pressure in patients with average systolic blood pressure,average systolic blood pressure during the day and night, 24 h, on average, pressing of arteries and veins were significantly higher than that of non MBPS group,difference has statistical significance(P〈0.05). MBPS group compared with non-MBPS group trace protein urine,urinary albumin/creatinine ratio,ɑ1-MG,Cys-C are higher,statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion:MBPS phenomenon are more likely to appear early renal function damage.
