机场沥青道面施工质量控制及评价研究

Study on Construction Quality Controlling and Evaluation of Airport Asphalt Pavement

为减小机场道面施工质量的变异性,从原材料质量、配合比设计、混合料生产,以及现场摊铺进行了试验检测和现场实时监控,通过试验和检测数据,对影响沥青道面质量的主要变异性技术参数进行研究。同时结合机场道面沥青混凝土施工质量跟踪评价以及施工工艺的全程监测,对沥青道面施工质量提出了有效的控制措施。

In order to effectively reduce the variability ofairport pavement construction quality,some test detections and real time monitoring work were madefor the asphalt quality,mixture design,mixture producing and site paving.By means of a lot of testing data,the main technical parameters influencing the construction quality of the airport pavement was analyzed.At the same time,combined with the airport surface asphalt concrete construction quality tracking and evaluation of the construction process of tracking and monitoring of the construction quality of asphalt pavement,some effective control measures were put forward.
