摘要
软弱围岩隧道变形控制工法采用玻璃纤维锚杆对掌子面核心土的基础变形进行预限制,从而提高掌子面及隧道整体稳定。为了分析加固所采用的玻璃纤维锚杆的长度、间距和搭接长度等参数对掌子面超前核心土稳定性的影响,采用数值分析结合现场实测的方法,确定了V级围岩及浅覆土条件下超前核心土的加固参数。研究表明,采用长度为18m、间距为1.2m×1.2m、搭接长度为6m的32mm直径玻璃纤维锚杆进行全断面加固,能够确保隧道掌子面的稳定性。
ADECO-RS method,which uses glass fiber anchor bolt to pre-limit the core-face deformation,can improve the overall stability of the tunnel and the face.In order to study the stability influence on advancedcore-face induced by reinforcement parameters including glass fiber bolt length,spacing and lap length,both numerical analysis and in-situ test are adopted to determine the fore-core reinforcement parameters in Grade V surrounding rock with shallow overburden.The research shows that the 18m-lengthΦ32mm glass fiber anchor with 1.2m×1.2mspacing and 6mlap length is suitable to ensure the stability of tunnel face.
