摘要
对透水性沥青混合料的配合比组成进行设计,采用滴落试验确定最佳沥青用量,并对设计配合比下的透水性沥青混合料的性能进行室内试验研究。试验表明,采用滴落试验选择最佳沥青掺入量的方法是准确可行的;通过对4种不同级配方案下透水沥青混合料的试验检测,得到C方案为最佳级配方案;其最佳沥青掺入量为4.8%,孔隙率为20.5%,各项性能均满足相应规范要求。且经工程实例证明该透水性沥青路面具有良好的路用性能。
In this paper,the gradation of porous asphalt mixture is designed,the optimum asphalt content is determined by the drop test,and the performance of permeable asphalt mixture is studied by lab tests.Lab tests show that the drop test method to select the optimum asphalt content is accurate and feasible when designing the mix proportion of permeable asphalt mixture;through the test of 4kinds of different gradation schemes,the C scheme is the best gradation scheme.The optimum asphalt content is 4.8%,the porosity is about 20.5%,and the performance of C is satisfied with the corresponding specification.The engineering application shows that the permeable asphalt pavement has good pavement performance and application value.
