On the Fourth Power Mean of the Three-term Exponential Sums

摘要 本文利用三角和恒等式以及剩余系的性质研究了三项指数和的四次均值问题,讨论了其在不同条件下的性质,同时给出了一些精确的计算公式. The computational problem of fourth power mean of three-term exponential sums is studied by using the trigonometric sum identity and the properties of the reduced residue system. Some explicit formulas for the fourth power mean of three-term exponential sums are given.
