摘要
对宽带信号处理模块收发通道设计过程中的关键技术点进行说明,分析采样率、接收信号动态范围等主要指标,完成了模数转换器(ADC)、数模转换器(DAC)、固定增益放大器、可调增益放大器(VGA)、正交调制器等核心器件选型,并结合其主要技术指标阐明了选型理由,指出了一种合理的宽带信号处理模块设计实现方法。目前,该模块已用于工程应用,发射信号带内平坦度、矢量调制误差、相位噪声和接收信号有效位数等各项指标均满足使用要求。
The key technical points in the design of transceiver channel of broadband signal processing module are described, and the main indexes such as sampling rate and dynamic range of received signal analyzed. The core components such as analog to digital converter(ADC), digital to analog converter(DAC), fixed gain amplifier, tunable gain amplifier and quadrature modulator are selected, and in combination with the main technical indexes, the reasons for selection expounded, and the reasonable design and implementation of broadband signal processing module proposed. At present, this module is used in engineering applications, and experiment indicates that various indexes including flatness, vector modulation error, phase noise and the effective number of the received signal in the transmitted signal band could all meet the requirement of use.
