摘要
为筛选有利于提高逆境胁迫下辣椒抗性的外源物质,以辣椒为试材,研究油菜素内酯、茉莉酮酸甲酯和水杨酸3种外源物质对连作辣椒生长发育、光合特性及根际土壤环境的影响。结果表明:3种外源物质均能在一定程度上影响辣椒各项生长和生理指标;其中喷施油菜素内酯效果最好,与对照相比,辣椒的株高、茎粗、叶面积、壮苗指数分别增加了2.97%、19.14%、26.39%和40.98%,达到差异显著水平;喷施茉莉酮酸甲酯,辣椒根际土壤微生物及酶活性,均要高于其它处理;而喷施水杨酸无论是生长指标还是单株产量均低于对照。综合以上结果,喷施油菜素内酯和茉莉酮酸甲酯对辣椒生长促进效果显著,有助于改善辣椒的根际土壤环境,可为今后提高辣椒抗胁迫能力和实现辣椒增产稳产的研究提供参考依据和实践指导。
In order to detect different exogenous plant growth regulator on the growth of pepper plants under continuous cropping soil,pepper cultivar ‘Xinxiang 9'was used as material,the effect of different extraneous brassinosteroids,methyl jasmonate and salicylate acid on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of pepper plants as well as rhizosphere soil environment were studied.The results indicated that the three exogenous substances performed different effects on pepper growth,in which the effect of brassinosteroids was the best.Compared with the control,the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area and sound seedling index were increased significantly by 2.97%,19.14%,26.39% and 40.98% respectively.After induction of methyl jasmonate,rhizosphere soil microorganism and enzyme activity were higher than other treatments.However the growth index of salicylic acid treatment was lower than that of the control.Comprehensive analysis concluded that exogenous brassinosteroids and methyl jasmonate significantly promoted pepper growth and improved the rhizosphere soil environment,which could provide a theoretical and practical guidance for improving yield and quality of pepper.
