摘要 从超高层建筑高空作业尤其是外墙面作业危险性大为出发点,立足于西北地区一实际的超高层建筑,介绍了本工程设计的一种外挂式钢结构操作平台。该操作平台位于2个箱形钢管柱之间,工作面狭小,该操作平台为工人牵引构件、精确安装和焊接提供了巨大的便利和安全保障。也详细给出了该平台的有限元计算分析,为实际的施工操作过程提出了几点建议,保证了项目的顺利实施。 This paper is established in the danger of the aerial work in the high-rise building,especially the external wall part.Based on a practical engineering construction in north-west area,a design from this project about a out-cell steel operation platform is given in this paper.This platform is set in a narrow space between two box type steel tube columns.This design provides huge advantages and safety ensurance for the workers to drag members,precisely install and weld.This paper also offer a detailed finite element analysis result about the platform,which provides some useful suggestions during the construction to ensure the smooth implementation.
