某展览馆为大型异形管桁架结构。为达到屋面波浪建筑效果,屋面钢结构形式多样,起伏高差较大。采用的满堂脚手架高空散拼焊接的安装施工为本工程的难点,尤其是相贯线切割面在高空散拼中易产生误差,需要现场进行二次调整。通过强化管理,满足了业主及设计对异形管桁架钢结构的质量及工艺要求。

An exhibition hall is a large special-shaped pipe truss structure.In order to achieve the effect of roofing wave construction,the roof steel structure is varied and the fluctuation height difference is great.It is difficult to install and construct the full scale scaffold with high strength and loose welding,especially the intersecting line cutting surface is prone to error in high altitude spelling,the second adjustments are required on site.By strengthening the management,the quality and process requirements of the steel structure of the special-shaped pipe truss are satisfied for the owner and the design.
