摘要
超厚底板施工关键技术与理论研究的主要着眼点在于控制温度应力引起的开裂问题,施工中通过精心策划及部署,在前期准备、配合比设计、混凝土浇筑、测温养护等方面采取了综合措施,并通过塔楼底板的有限元模拟和现场实测温度场相对比,验证了理论计算的可行性及动态温控养护施工的优越性,保证了底板1.5万m3大体积混凝土的浇筑质量。
The main focus about the theory and key technology of ultra-thick bottom plate construction is to control the crack problem caused by temperature stress,comprehensive measures are taken in construction by detailed planning and deployment,including previous preparation,mix design,concret pouring,temperature measurement and maintenance and so on,which verify the feasibility of the theoretical calculation and the advantages of dynamic temperature maintenance construction by comparing the tower bottom temperature field finite element simulation and field testing,and ensure the pouring quality of mass concrete with 15 000m-3.
