摘要
随着城市的快速发展,碳排放量逐渐成为人们关注的重点。近年来,绿道网络基于其绿色、生态、健康的本质,与低碳城市的建设路径相契合成为研究的热点。文章在深入研究了低碳经济与绿道的基础上,以南京市为例,结合南京的经济社会发展状况,从经济水平、环境水平、社会发展水平三个方面构建了包括绿道建设在内的南京低碳经济型城市的指标衡量体系。研究了各个指标在2000—2014年的增减变化以及对城市碳排放量的影响,并提出了建设低碳经济型城市的对策,即通过调整产业结构、优化城市功能、加强低碳技术等措施来控制和减少城市碳排放,尤其是将绿道网络融入城市的低碳建设当中,以期实现城市的可持续发展。
With the rapid development of city, scholars have paid attention to increasing carbon emissions. Based on the green, ecology and health ideas, the greenway network corresponds to the path of low-carbon city construction. This paper takes Nanjing as an example and has a deep research on the low-carbon economic city and the greenway. Combined with the economy and social development situation of Nanjing, it constructs the evaluation system of Nanjing low-carbon economic city through greenway construction from the level of economy, environment and social development. This paper analyzes the changes of indexes in 2000 to 2014 and the influence on carbon emissions and proposes strategies for constructing low-carbon economic cities, including adjusting the industrial structure, optimizing the urban functions, and strengthening low-carbon technologies, particularly on integrating greenway network into the construction of low-carbon city in order to realize the sustainable development of future cites.
