住宅产业化绿色供应链价值评价指标体系构建及其应用

Construction Index System and Application for Value Evaluation on Green Supply Chain of Housing Industrialization

住宅产业化绿色供应链建设发展是建筑业绿色发展和转型升级的重要建设路径。基于住宅产业化绿色供应链影响因素分析及"五价值"框架,构建出包含经济价值、环保价值、内部流程价值、客户价值和创新价值5个方面19个指标的住宅产业化绿色供应链价值评价指标体系。以天津住宅集团为例,基于层次分析法的多级模糊综合评价模型对其进行评价。结果表明:住宅产业化绿色供应链价值综合评价值较高(78.147);其经济价值(72.5%)、环保价值(65.4%)、内部流程价值(62.3%)、客户价值(61.1%)、创新价值(53.1%)有所改善程度分别为较高、中等和低,依据评价结果,围绕"五价值"提出具体提升路径。该评价指标体系可为建筑企业绿色供应链管理价值及绩效评价提供参考。

Development on green supply chain of housing industrialization is an important path for the construction of green development and transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. Based on analysis the influence factors of the green supply chain of housing industrialization and the frame of ＂five value＂, the value evaluation index system of green supply chain of housing industrialization is constructed, which includes 5 aspects and 19 indicators, including economic value, environmental value, internal process value, customer value and innovation value. Taking Tianjin housing group as an example, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process is established. The results showed that green supply chain of housing industrialization evaluation value is higher （78.147）; its economic value （72.5%） and environmental protection （65.4%）, internal process value （62.3%）, customer value （61.1%）, the value of innovation （53.1%） is high, medium and low in ＂improved respectively＂. According to the evaluation result, around the frame of ＂five value＂ put forward specific path of ascension. The evaluation index system can provide reference for the management value and performance evaluation of green supply chain of construction enterprises.
