当前我国农业发展面临严峻的短板,表现在农业发展面临可持续发展压力,农业科技创新和服务水平亟待提高,生态农业区域发展差异较大,传统农业亟待向中国特色现代农业转变等方面。为满足消费者对农产品安全和质量的需要,我国亟待发展高效生态农业,其策略包括树立我国农业高效生态发展的理念,健全农业高效生态发展的科技创新和服务体系,推进体现区域发展差异的高效生态农业发展道路,强化农业高效生态发展的财政金融支持等方面,目的是统筹我国农业现代化进程中经济效益、生态效益和社会效益,实现我国农业的绿色可持续发展。

That is agricultural science and technology innovation and service level need to be improved, the ecological agriculture regional development difference and the traditional agriculture urgently transforms to the modem agriculture with Chinese characteristics. As consumers demand for agricultural product safety and quality has become increasingly urgent, the development of efficient ecological agriculture is an important innovation measures for sustainable development of agriculture, but also the strategic direction of agricultural development. The strategies include the establishment of belief in efficient ecological agriculture development in China, technology innovation and service system, promoting the road of development of efficient ecological agriculture considering regional differences, and strengthening the financial support, aiming to achieve a unified economic, ecological and social benefit by improving the connotation of agricultural science and technology service level in the premise of ecological environment friendly.
