供给侧结构性改革下海洋环境污染治理新思路——以山东半岛蓝色经济区为例

New Ideas on Marine Environmental Pollution Control Based on Structural Reform of the Supply Side:A Case Study of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone

随着供给侧结构性改革的逐步推进,经济发展和环境保护的有机结合是亟须解决的问题。山东半岛蓝色经济区,是中国第一个以海洋经济为主题的战略发展区域,但海洋环境污染严重。文章通过对山东半岛蓝色经济区海洋环境污染的现状分析,剖析其成因及深层次原因。同时寻找基于供给侧结构性改革,政府、企业和居民对海洋环境污染治理的作用,并分别制定了相应对策。

With the gradual advancement of the structural reform of the supply side, the organic combination of economic development and environmental protection is an urgent problem to be solved. Shandong peninsula blue economic zone is the first marine economy strategy development area in China. It still has marine environmental pollution issues. This paper analyzes the status quo of marine environmental pollution in blue economic zone of Shandon Peninsula, and its causes and deep-seated reasons. Meanwhile the paper finds the corresponding countermeasures based on the structural reform of the supply side, the government, enterprises and residents＇ pollution control of the marine environment.
