国际一流科技期刊建设的思考——以《中国有色金属学报》(中、英文版)为例

Reflections on construction of international first-class scientific journals:A case study of The Chinese Journal of Nonferrous Metals and Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China

【目的】探寻建设国际一流科技期刊的策略和有效办法,为提高中国科技期刊国际影响力提供借鉴。【方法】以《中国有色金属学报》(中、英文版)建设为例,从办刊特色、学术质量、出版人才队伍、高水平编委会和审稿专家队伍、期刊评价指标、期刊资源集约化建设、创新、国际合作出版、新媒体业务、学术道德规范十个方面进行研究。【结果】采用上述方法,《中国有色金属学报》(中、英文版)已成为国内材料科学与冶金工程领域的精品科技期刊,在国际材料科学与冶金工程学术界产生了较大影响。【结论】当前国内期刊可从上述十个方面考虑,大力提升国内科技期刊品牌形象,有目的、有步骤地建设成为国际一流科技期刊。

[Purposes]The strategies and effective measures of building the first-class international scientific journals are explored to provide reference for improving the international influence of scientific journals. [Methods] Taking the construction of The Chinese Journal of Nonferrous Metals and Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China as examples,the countermeasures of building the international first-class scientific journals were studied from ten aspects,such as characteristics,academic quality,publishing talent team, high level editorial board and reviewer team, journal evaluation, intensive construction of journal resources,innovation,international cooperation,newmedia publishing business and academic ethics. [Findings] By using these methods,the two journals have become the excellent scientific journals in the field of material science and metallurgical engineering.[Conclusions]At present,the ten aspects mentioned above can be considered for the scientific journals,and purposefully promote the brand image of domestic scientific journals step by step.
