2006～2015年淄博市新生儿死亡监测分析

Analysis on neonatal death monitoring,Zibo city,2006-2015

目的分析淄博市新生儿死亡率变化趋势及主要死因,为制定降低新生儿死亡的相关措施提供科学依据。方法对淄博市2006~2015年新生儿死亡监测资料进行分析。结果 2006~2015年淄博市共出生350 591名新生儿,死亡1 064例,死亡率为3.03‰,新生儿死亡率呈逐年下降趋势(P<0.01)。2006、2007年新生儿死亡率城区低于农村(P<0.05、<0.01);2010、2012年新生儿死亡率城区高于农村(P<0.05);2008、2009、2011、2013、2014年新生儿死亡率城区和农村差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男女新生儿死亡率除2014年外,其他年份差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2006~2015年淄博市新生儿死因前5位顺位为早产和低出生体重、出生窒息、肺炎、先天性心脏病、败血症;死亡病例评审不可避免死亡占47.27%,创造条件可避免死亡占46.88%,可避免死亡占1.56%。结论淄博市新生儿死亡率呈下降趋势,早产和低出生体重位居死因首位。

Objective To understand the changing trend of neonatal mortality and the main causes of neonatal death in Zi- bo city,so as to provide scientific basis for making related measures for neonatal mortality reduction. Methods Analysis was made on the monitoring data of neonatal deaths in Zibo city, 2006-2015, Results During 2006-2015, a total of 350 591 neonatals were born in Zibo city, 1 064 died,the mortality rate was 3.03‰,and the neonatal mortality rate de- creased year by year （ P〈0.01） ;In 2006 and 2007 ,the neonatal mortality was lower in urban areas than that in rural are- as （ P d0.05, P d0.01） ;In 2010 and 2012,the neonatal mortality was higher in urban areas than that in rural areas （ P〈0.05））;In 2008,2009,2011,2013 and 2014, the difference between the urban neonatal mortality and the rural neonatal mortality was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05） ;and the difference between the male neonatal mortality and the fe- male neonatal mortality was not statistically significant（ P〉0.05） ;the five top causes of neonatal death in Zibo city dur- ing 2006-2015 were premature birth, low birth weight, birth asphyxia, pneumonia, congenital heart disease and septicemia; in the death case evaluation,the inevitable death rate was 47. 27% ,the rate of the death that Can be avoided in created con- ditions was 46.88% ,and the death that can be avoided accounted for 1.56%. Conclusion The neonatal mortality rate in Zibo city is decreasing. Premature birth and low birth weight are the top causes of death.
