摘要
"工匠精神"是从业人员对待职业的一种态度,是职业精神的重要内容。文章通过调查高职院校职业精神培养现状,阐明"工匠精神"融入高职人才培养的必要性,并针对如何全过程、全方位构建职业素质育人格局提出对策和建议。
The ＂artisan spirit＂ is an attitude towards the employment of professionals, is an important part of the profes- sional spirit. This paper clarifies the necessity of ＂artisan spirit＂ into the vocational training by investigating the current situation of higher vocational colleges occupation spirit training, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to construct the professional quality education pattern in the whole process.
