河南省城镇居民养老保险问题研究

Study on the endowment insurance of urban residents in Henan province

河南省作为一个人口大省,虽然社会养老保险基本已经实现全覆盖,但从整体上看,河南省城镇居民养老保险仍然存在基本养老保险待遇水平低、商业养老保险参保率低以及社会化养老服务体系不健全等问题。要解决这些问题,必须结合河南省的具体情况提高城镇居民社会养老保险待遇水平,增强城镇居民商业养老保险参保意愿以及健全社会化养老服务体系等措施。文章概述了河南省城镇居民养老保险存在的问题,提出了完善河南省城镇居民养老保险的措施,以期为促进河南省城镇居民养老保险的发展提供一定依据。

Henan as a large population province, the basic social endowment insurance has been fully covered, but the overall view of Henan province, urban residents endowment insurance is still a low level of basic old-age insurance treatment, commercial endowment insurance insured low and social endowment services system is not perfect and so on. To solve these problems, we must combine the specific situation of Henan province to improve the level of social endowment insurance for urban residents, urban residents to enhance the commercial endowment insurance will be willing to protect and improve the social pension service system and other measures. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the endowment insurance of urban residents in Henan province, and puts forward some measures to improve the endowment insurance of urban residents in Henan province, so as to provide a basis for promoting the develooment of urban residents＇ endowment insurance in Henan orovince.
