发展型社会政策视角分析欠发达地区失地农民欠发展问题

失地是城市化进程中的必然现象,失地农民的生存和发展问题日益得到社会的关注,已有研究表明欠发达地区失地农民发展还存在一定的欠发展问题:物质资本丧失严重、人力资本更新不足、社会资本积累有限。发展型社会政策视角对欠发达地区失地农民的发展问题提供了解决思路:重视失地农民物质资产积累的同时,有必要通过国家和社会力量介入以引导失地农民群体的人力资本和社会资本的建设和积累。
