众所周知,当常规渠道难以有效运行时,各种小道消息终究会冲破现有规则而一发不可收拾,进而给社会带来更大的伤害。为了更好地规范新媒体的运行,基于对我国现有新媒体制度的解剖,在中国全面深化经济社会改革时期更好地发挥媒体监督正能量的同时,又能充分保护隐私权提出建议。

As we all know, when the conventional channels are difficult to run effectively, all kinds of hearsay will eventually break through the existing rules, and go out of control to bring greater harm to society. In order to regulate the operation of the new media better, the author analyzes the existing new media system of China. He also puts forward some of his suggestions about how to develop the media supervision positive energy better in the period of comprehensive deep economic and social reform and protect right of privacy fully.
