玉米氧化淀粉胶粘剂的优化工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 氧化淀粉是一种无毒环保的天然高分子材料,具有低成本、无污染等优点,但其在理化性能方面存在缺陷。以氢氧化钠(NaOH)为糊化剂、十水合四硼酸钠(硼砂)为交联剂,采用正交试验法优选出制备玉米氧化淀粉胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:当m(硼砂)=2.0 g、m(NaOH)=1.4 g和V(冷水)=100 m L时,胶粘剂的剪切强度(为1.961 MPa)较大、固含量(为39.35%)较高、黏度(为18.0 s)适宜且耐水性(为10.77 h)较佳。 Oxidized starch is a non-toxic and environmentally friendly natural polymer, and it has some advantages (such as low cost, and no-pollution), but it has some defects in physical and chemical properties. With sodium hydroxide (NaOH) as pasting agent, sodium tetraborate hydrate ten (borax) as crosslinker, the optimal process conditions of preparing oxidized corn starch adhesive were preferred by orthogonal experiment. The research results showed that the shear strength (1.961 MPa) was biggish, solid content (39.35%) was higher, viscosity( 18.0 s) was appropriate, and water resistance( 10.77 h) was better for the adhesive when borax was 2.0 g, NaOH was 1.4 g, and cold water was 100 mL.
