综合管控信息一体化平台的研究与应用——以国电科学技术研究院为例

Research and Application of Integrated Management and Control Information Platform

本文以国电科学技术研究院综合管控信息一体化平台为例,分析了该院依托信息技术手段深化转型升级,实现管理水平提升、效益提升、质量提升的迫切需求,阐述了一体化平台的总体蓝图和设计特点,展示了该院通过一体化平台提升质量经营水平、推动绩效持续改进的应用效果,对科研院所质量经营的信息化应用模式进行了研究与实践,具有良好的借鉴和推广价值。

Based on the Integrated Management and Control Information Platform （IMCIP） constructed in Guodian Science and Technology Research Institute （GSTRI）, this paper analyses the pressing need of GSTRI for business transformation and upgrading by means of information technology leading to the promotion of management, efficiency and quality, illustrates the overall blueprint and design features of IMCIP, and demonstrates the application effects of IMCIP by enhancing quality operation level with the continuous improvement of enterprise performance. The management information model of quality operation of research institutes is deeply studied and practiced, which is of great referential and promotional value.
