摘要
为了解决航空航天中耐高温、抗氧化零部的连接问题,对耐高温氧化的Pt16Ir(ZrWTh)和Pt60Ir(ZrWTh)两种铂铱合金与母材铱合金钎焊焊接性能进行了实验研究。结果表明:这两种铂铱合金与母材铱合金粘接充实、牢固,与铱合金具有很好的润湿性、铺展性,其润湿角分别为16°~20°和7°~13°,焊缝抗拉强度达到208 MPa,完全满足先进发动机、空间环境用热电电池、超音速风洞喷嘴等应用器件对致密铱合金件之间以及致密铱合金与多孔铱的密封钎焊焊接要求。
To solve the connection problems of high-temperature and oxidation resistance accessories in aerospace, the brazening welding properties between high-temperature and oxidation resistant platinum-iridium alloys (Ptl6Ir and Pt60Ir) and iridium parent alloy were studied. In the results, the firm joints between Pt-Ir alloys (Ptl6lr and Pt60Ir) and Ir parent alloy are found with good wetting and spreading. The wetting angles are 16°-20° and 7°- 13° for Ptl 6Ir and Pt60Ir alloys, respectively, and the tensile strength of welding joint is 208 MPa. It meets the brazing requirement between Ir alloy and porous Ir alloy used in the engine, the thermal battery of space environment, and the ultrasonic jet of wind tunnel.
