窄间隙/超窄间隙焊接技术(三) 窄间隙气体保护焊相关关键技术 被引量:4

摘要 相比其他窄间隙焊接技术,窄间隙气体保护焊具有更高的综合技术优势和性价比,目前应用率不高的根本原因在于相关关键技术的完全突破和技术完全配套状况。论述窄间隙气体保护焊的相关关键技术,主要包括:两侧壁熔合控制技术、实现六大功能要求的焊枪设计与制造技术、焊缝轨迹自适应跟踪技术、焊接高温区高效气体保护技术和超低飞溅率弧焊电源技术,并分析各关键技术的最新技术进展。 Comparing with other narrow-gap welding technologies,NC.-GMAW has more technical advantages and higher cost performance, but it is not widely used now because its key technologies and complete equipments have not broken through. The key technologies of NGGMAW and their latest progress are introduced and analyzed,such as fusion control technology of double sidewall,design and manufacturing technology of welding gun with six functional requirements,self-adaptive tracking technology of weld track,efficient gas shielded technology for welding high-temperature region and arc welding power source technology with ultra-low spatter coefficient.
