中厚板T型接头CO_2焊新型焊接工艺

New CO_2 welding technology for T-joint of medium plate

摘要 为解决工程实际T型接头焊接中出现的根部未焊透缺欠,通过高速摄像等试验研究角焊情况下的熔滴过渡和焊接电弧作用形态,分析根部未焊透缺欠产生的原因。基于实验室自行设计研制的潜弧焊接控制设备与正交试验,优化焊接工艺,固化焊接工艺参数,得到了较好的焊接效果,使根部未焊透区域由以前的2~3 mm减小至1 mm以内,满足标准EN601M Q4要求。 To solve the root incomplete penetration of T-joint welding in practical engineering,droplet transfer and welding arc way were investigated by high speed video under the fillet welding conditions, and the forming mechanism of root incomplete penetration was analyzed. Based on the submerged arc welding control device designed and developed by ourselves and the orthogonal experiment method,welding process was optimized and parameters were solidified so that the better welding effect was achieved. Comparing to the previous 2-3 mm,the root incomplete penetration area was decreased to less than 1 mm,which satisfied the requirement of quality standards EN601M Q4.
