摘要 利用三-(2-羟乙基)异氰酸脲酯(赛克)作为增韧剂对蜜胺树脂进行改性,然后将合成的树脂与发泡剂、固化剂和乳化剂充分的混合搅拌,采用微波发泡的方式制得蜜胺泡沫。用红外光谱(FTIR)、差热量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TG)等仪器进行测试和分析。结果表明赛克改性的蜜胺泡沫能够起到增韧改性的目的,固化速度稍微偏慢,同时赛克的加入会导致泡沫的耐热性能受到影响。 1,3,5 -tris (2 -hydroxytehyl) isocyanurate (THIEC) as a toughening agent was introduced into the melamine formaldehyde(MF) resin. Then, modified MF resin was sufficiently mixed and stirred with the foaming agent, the curing agent and the surfactant, microwave was used to foam the mixed solutions. Structure and stability of modified resin and foam were characterized and identified using infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric, the curing character of the MF resin was used differential scanning calorimeter. Result showed that the toughness of the modified MF was improved, the curing of the modified MF resin was slightly slow, and the thermal resistance was decreased.
